Early this morning one of our operators here at Sonitrol of the Carolinas had a break in. After speaking with a representative from Mecklenburg County PD this morning, she advised that Police and the Chief with Meck County that she did a wonderful job, and all were very impressed with Sonitrol. Below is the time line of activity we received and the audio clips attached as well.

3:42am: Received 1 glassbreak alarm from the front sales/front foyer area with audio. (Audio Below)
3:42am: Our operator dispatched police. (below is dispatch audio)
3:55am: Spoke to Officer M, to see how long it would take him to get there.
09:15am: A representative from the Police Department called back and advised that with the help of a K-9 Unit they were able to apprehend the suspect, who was hiding in the woods
