It’s time to update your Sonitrol Security passcode/passphrase.
We are requesting that all authorized administrators contact us for a required update. This phrase or code should be different from the code you use to disarm your system for security purposes and will be the information you provide when Central Station contacts you after your alarm is activated. This can be a word, a series of numbers, or a combination of both, up to 10 characters long.
Sonitrol will not contact you by phone to request this passcode update for your protection.
You must fill out the attached form to confirm or update your current passcode no later than July 22nd, 2022
To update your passcode, simply choose one of the following options:
Call Central Station at 704-423-1111 option 5
Fill out the attached form and email it to our Programmers
Email Central Station at email@example.com
Please make sure that everyone who is on your call list, those who are authorized to make changes to your account, and those who are authorized to cancel or verify a dispatch have a set password.
